The Willis family is thankful for a summer filled with ministry, family, and Gospel opportunities in the Basque Region of Spain. Gloria and Seth spent several months with them and were a great help in the ministry, particularly during English Camp. They also enjoyed a visit from Charissa and Danae, giving the family some special time together.

One of the summer highlights was their evangelistic English Camp, where a seven-person team from Kingsway Baptist Church helped them share the Gospel with more than 55 young people. They are praying that the friendships developed during camp will continue and that the Gospel seeds planted in these young hearts will eventually lead them to faith in Christ.

The Willis family also received help and encouragement from other supporting churches. Pastor Joe Bowker of Berean Baptist Church in Macon, Georgia, taught during the Spanish Workers’ Retreat at Aierdi, while a team from Grace Memorial Baptist Church in Virginia completed several needed projects there. The Willises are grateful for churches that not only support them but also come alongside them personally in the work.
