Jim and Michelle Telman and their family have returned to Uganda and are thankful to see the ministry continuing strong. They were warmly welcomed back to Mbira Baptist Church, where faithful believers—including former orphan students—are now serving and helping lead the ministry.
Their school ministry is impacting many lives, with nearly 100 students being transported daily—many of whom would not be able to attend otherwise. The Telmans are praying for these students’ salvation and continued growth. At the same time, they are facing practical needs, including repairs to their facilities and the need for a reliable ministry vehicle.
This season has also been emotional, as the family said many goodbyes while returning to the field. Despite the sacrifices, they remain confident that serving the Lord is worth it. They are encouraged that their support has reached 99% and are trusting God to fully meet their needs.
Pray for the salvation of the students attending their school and being transported daily.
Pray for God’s provision of a reliable vehicle for the ministry.
Pray for wisdom and provision as they complete facility repairs and improvements.
Pray for the Telman family as they adjust back to life in Uganda after furlough.
Pray for continued faithfulness and growth among local believers and leaders.
Pray for God to bring their support to 100%.
