The Telman family is thankful for the Lord’s continued work through their ministry in Uganda. Several students recently trusted Christ, including three secondary students following a chapel service and two primary students following a church service. Along with students mentioned in their previous update, 13 people were baptized in one Sunday service. The Telmans are praising God for these salvation decisions and the opportunity to see new believers publicly follow Christ in baptism.

The school year is also reaching an important point for many students. Most of the S4 students have completed their exams, while several still have final testing to finish. The P7 students are taking their Primary Leaving Exams as well. During a recent parent visitation day, families and ministry leaders spent special time praying for the students and their upcoming exams.

A significant administrative need involves the renewal of the ministry’s NGO status, which must be completed before the family can obtain the proper visas to continue living and working in Uganda. The situation is especially urgent because the cost of John’s visa will increase considerably when he turns 18 on December 11. The Telmans are trusting God to provide the finances, timing, and approvals needed to complete everything.
