Robbie and Lauren Prater, church planters to Paraguay, continue their furlough ministry with meaningful opportunities to serve and share the Gospel. Over the past month, Robbie has spoken at several events, including a teen banquet, chapel services, and a Spanish-speaking church. These opportunities have allowed them to encourage young people to serve the Lord and continue developing their Spanish and cultural connections as they prepare for ministry in Paraguay.

They also saw a special moment of fruit while in the U.S., as Robbie had the opportunity to counsel a young boy who was unsure of his salvation. After sharing the Gospel, the boy trusted Christ, bringing great joy and encouragement during this season of preparation. As they look ahead, they are trusting God to provide a place to begin their ministry once they arrive in Paraguay later this year.
