Robbie, Lauren, and Shepherd Prater are thankful for the Lord’s grace as they continue settling into their new life and ministry in Paraguay. After a season filled with changes and adjustments, they are beginning to establish a regular routine for their family. They are especially grateful for God’s faithfulness and for the prayers and encouragement they have received during this transition.

One of Robbie’s next major steps is learning Guaraní, one of Paraguay’s two national languages. While many Paraguayans also speak Spanish, Guaraní is deeply connected to their culture, heritage, and everyday life. Robbie plans to begin Guaraní classes soon so he can better understand and connect with the Paraguayan people and more effectively reach them with the Gospel.

The Praters are also preparing to submit their residency paperwork. They are praying for a smooth process without delays or complications as they continue becoming established in Paraguay.
