Latest Update

Robbie and Lauren Prater, church planters to Paraguay, are continuing their furlough in the United States while preparing for their upcoming ministry. During this time, they attended their mission board’s orientation, which provided encouragement, training, and valuable fellowship with other missionaries. This has helped strengthen and prepare them for the work ahead in Paraguay.

They have also been traveling to supporting churches across several states, sharing updates and building partnerships. The Lord has given them safety in their travels, and they are thankful for opportunities to connect with both supporting and new churches. As they near the end of furlough, they are focusing on preparing their hearts and looking ahead to their future ministry.

A key burden on their hearts is for the people of Paraguay. They are asking God to begin working even now—preparing hearts to receive the Gospel and raising up individuals who will respond and grow in Christ.
