Mark and Brenda Liedtke, serving in Honduras, are thankful for a full and fruitful season of ministry over the past few months. They were able to participate in the inaugural service of a new church plant in Ojojona, while also continuing to invest in their local ministry through preaching, teaching, and special events. Opportunities like parenting classes in a local school and involvement in Christian education outreach have opened doors to minister to families and encourage spiritual growth. 

The church continues to grow and stay active, with meaningful moments such as Easter services, outreach to children in nearby communities, and the ordination of two new deacons to help strengthen the ministry. Fellowship events, including a special Mother’s Day gathering, have also helped build unity within the church family. In addition, they have been encouraged by hosting visiting ministry groups who have partnered with them in outreach and encouragement.

At the same time, they are facing a practical need after their vehicle experienced a major mechanical failure. While they are currently borrowing a car, they are seeking God’s provision for a replacement vehicle to continue their ministry effectively. Through both the blessings and challenges, they remain grateful for God’s faithfulness and for those who continue to pray and support their work.
