Gary and Sherrie Lester continue serving the Lord in Australia through a season of both change and opportunity. Some people have left the church, while new visitors have begun attending. Some of these visitors have a church background and are looking for a new church home, while others have rarely or never attended church. The Lesters are thankful that God continues bringing people across their path.

They have also had several encouraging conversations with young people about God and faith. One young person who previously did not believe in God is now beginning to believe. Another young man has been thinking seriously about God's character and has come to understand that God is both loving and gracious, while also being just and dealing with sin. Gary and Sherrie are encouraged to see these young people asking important questions and growing spiritually. 

The church family is also facing some significant physical needs. An infant has a rare medical condition affecting several body systems and has been in and out of the hospital. Another lady in the church recently had her leg amputated and is now healing and adjusting. Through all of these circumstances, the Lesters continue praying for people to come to Christ and for the church to grow.
