The Kerr family, serving in Zambia, are encouraged by the continued spiritual growth and development taking place at Highlands Baptist Church. One of the greatest blessings has been seeing others step into leadership roles. A woman who had been trained is now faithfully leading the children’s class on her own, and a man in the church has grown into a respected leader, even preaching in services when needed. These moments are a clear sign of discipleship taking root and the church becoming more established. 

They have also seen God at work through outreach efforts. As they have been intentional about inviting others and sharing the Gospel, new connections have been made. One family, who had recently moved from across the country, visited their services and is now attending regularly. This has been an encouragement as the Lord continues to bring people who are seeking truth.

Overall, the Kerr family is thankful for how God is working in both spiritual and practical ways. From leadership development within the church to new visitors and salvations, they are seeing steady fruit. At the same time, they continue to rely on the Lord for health, safety, and guidance as they serve in Zambia.
