The Kerr family, serving in Zambia, are rejoicing in a major milestone as their Bible study officially became Highlands Baptist Church. This new church was formally established in March, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their ministry.

The first service was a special time of worship and celebration, including the baptism of six individuals and participation in the Lord’s Supper. It was a powerful testimony of God’s work, with people from different backgrounds coming to faith and growing in Christ.

They were also encouraged by the support of their sending church, whose members gathered early in the morning to pray and watch the service live. The Kerrs are thankful for how God is building the church and providing both spiritually and practically.
