Erik and Holly Johnson share encouragement from a refreshing season of travel and ministry during September and October. After many years without experiencing fall weather, the family spent three weeks traveling throughout the western United States, visiting supporting churches across Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and California. This time provided both spiritual refreshment and meaningful opportunities to reconnect with faithful partners, report on God’s work, and reflect on the greatness of the Creator through His creation. The Johnsons returned encouraged, renewed, and grateful for the Lord’s blessings and the continued support of their churches.

In late September, Erik also participated in a mountain retreat for men and teenage boys from several churches. The retreat focused on fellowship, renewal, and spiritual growth, with strong preaching from God’s Word challenging attendees to remain faithful in their homes and churches. The weekend provided valuable opportunities for testimonies, prayer, relationship-building, and mentoring the next generation of godly men. The Johnsons are thankful for the spiritual impact of this time and pray that the fruit will continue to grow in the lives of those who attended.
